As previously announced on April 27, 2012, the Company has applied for a management cease-trade order which has been approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers on May 4, 2012.  New auditors have been appointed and they have initiated the transition from the former auditors. The official notice of change of auditor will be filed shortly. At this point, Aptilon still expects to file its Annual Financial Filings on or before June 15, 2012, as previously announced.
