regional celebrity and award-winning chef partnerships
GAITHERSBURG, Md., June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sodexho
(NYSE:SDX) and renowned chefs and authors Mary Sue Milliken and
Susan Feniger announced today a partnership to provide specialized
training, menu development and personal appearances at multiple
Sodexho locations throughout southern California during 2007 and
2008. The chefs, who specialize in Mexican and Latin-American
cuisine, own Border Grill locations in Santa Monica and Las Vegas
as well as the highly-acclaimed Ciudad in downtown Los Angeles.
Milliken and Feniger, who starred in their own Food Network show,
Too Hot Tamales, have been featured across the country for their
unique and multi- cultural approach to cooking and are the authors
of five cookbooks, including Cooking with Too Hot Tamales and Mesa
Mexicana. Sodexho, leading provider of integrated food and
facilities management services in the country, has around 235
locations in Southern California, 90 in the corporate segment
alone. The partnership with Milliken and Feniger will bring Border

rich in flavor -- to selected Sodexho corporate locations, as well

quesadillas, burritos, salads and salsas. This partnership adds to
