Executive change will continue strong leadership for K-12
operations and food/nutrition issues facing students and parents in
North America GAITHERSBURG, Md., April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Sodexho (NYSE:SDX), the leading provider of integrated food and
facilities management services in North America, announced today
the appointment of Lorna Donatone as president of its School
Services division. Donatone will fill the position vacated by
President Rod Bond, who is retiring after more than 36 years with
Sodexho; 21 of those in the School Services division. In her new
role, effective September 1, 2007, Donatone will oversee Sodexho's
food service operations in 470 school districts in the U.S. She has
been with Sodexho since 1999, when she joined Spirit Cruises, LLC,
then a Sodexho subsidiary. Donatone was named President of Spirit
Cruises in 2002, leading strong growth for the company in its
luxury dining and sightseeing cruise business until Sodexho sold
the subsidiary in August 2006. "Lorna is a leader with a track
record of significant successes," said Rick Brockland, Sodexho's
Education Market President and COO. "She has in- depth knowledge of
Sodexho and cares about issues that impact schools and their
communities. Further, Sodexho is leading positive change in schools

Throughout her career, Donatone has actively participated in
community service and professional development organizations. She
serves on the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant
Association and the Board of the Women's Foodservice Forum. She is
also a member of the Business Advisory Board of Monarch Bank in
Norfolk, Virginia, and the finance committee of the United Way of
Hampton Roads. Donatone began her career in public accounting with
Deloitte & Touche in Dallas, Texas, and has experience in a
wide range of industries including airline and banking. Lorna
earned her bachelor's of science degree in management from Tulane
University in New Orleans and an MBA from Texas Christian
