We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that at the Board of Directors’ meeting held today, Thursday, January 26, 2017, the agenda to be discussed at the company’s Annual Mandatory Shareholders’ Meeting was approved. The determination of the date of the meeting has been delegated to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, once the Financial Statements as of December 31 st , 2016, are duly audited.

In the same Board of Directors, amongst other issues, the preliminary Financial Statements as of December 31 st , 2016, were approved.
