Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE: GRAM) (BVL: GRAMONC1) (“the
Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and
Construction company, announced its consolidated results for the
fourth quarter (“4Q2016”) period ended December 31, 2016. These
results have been prepared in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and are stated in nominal
Peruvian Nuevos Soles (S/.).
Financial Highlights:
- The Group achieved Revenues of S/.
6,055.3 MM during 2016, a 22.7% decrease compared to 2015
- Gross Profit amounted to S/. 639.6 MM
in 2016, decreasing 9% compared to 2015
- EBITDA was S/. 647.6 MM in 2016, lower
by 16.8% than the result obtained in 2015
- Net Income reached S/. 8.6 MM in
2016
- Backlog amounted to US$ 3,137.4 MM as
of 2016 and the recurrent businesses amounted to US$ 692.8 MM,
reaching a total of US$ 3,830.2 MM, equivalent to 2.13x the annual
revenues

civil works, and services for the oil and gas and energy
industry.
