Graña y Montero Announces Awarding of New Contract

Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE: GRAM) (BVL: GRAMONC1) (“the
Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and
Construction company, announced its subsidiary GyM S.A. was awarded
a contract for the execution of the Open Plaza Shopping Center in
Huancayo. The amount of the contract is of S/. 150 million.
This shopping center is scheduled to be executed in 300 calendar
days (approximately in 10 months), and will be located in Huancayo,
in the province of Junin.
This project is added to several others which have been already
developed in recent years in Huancayo, and that are transforming
the city into a more modern one, and with a better quality in its
infrastructure.
GyM S.A. has over 82 years of experience and is the oldest and
most prestigious construction company in Peru. It is comprised of
three divisions: building construction, civil construction and
electromechanic construction.
In the past four years GyM S.A. has developed more than 20
projects in the country.
