Graña y Montero S.A.A. (“Graña y Montero” or “the Company”)(NYSE:GRAM)(BVL:GRAMONC1), the engineering and construction Peruvian company recently listed in the New York Stock Exchange, announced its subsidiary Vial y Vives S.A. received a “Letter of Adjudication” granted by the mining company Minera Los Pelambres, owned by Antofagasta Minerals Group.

The awarding is for the execution of a contract of US$ 78 million for civil works and the assembly of a truck workshop with auxiliary buildings denominated “Pelambres (4ta region)” in a period of 18 months, starting on October 21, 2013.

Minera Los Pelambres is located 45 Kms to the East of Salamanca City, Choapa Province, Region IV of Coquimbo, Chile, at 3.100 meters above sea level.
