GRAM Grana y Montero SAA

Graña y Montero S.A.A. (“Graña y Montero” or “the Company”), the engineering and construction Peruvian company recently listed in the New York Stock Exchange, announced the prepayment of a syndicated loan provided by a group of twelve financial institutions, for a total amount of US$ 150 million, where BBVA Bancomer S.A., Institución de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer acted as Administrative Agent and BBVA Continental acted as Collateral Agent.

The Company entered into this credit agreement on February 27, 2013 for a period of five years. The proceeds of such loan were used, mainly, to fund GyM Ferrovías S.A., concessionaire for Line 1 of the Lima Metro.

Graña y Montero is listed in the NYSE under ticker symbol “GRAM” and in the Lima Stock Exchange under ticker symbol “GRAMONC1”.
