    White Star Property Holdings Plc (the "Company")

Trading Update

Following the announcement made by the Company 30 March 2007 in which it
announced that it had exchanged on a property in Hackbridge, UK - paying a
deposit of �32,500, the Company further announces that on 17 July 2007 that it
completed on the transaction.

On completion the Company borrowed a sum of �632,000 representing the balance
of monies required to complete together with the stamp duty and other fees and
disbursements.

The property is a vacant freehold property with a present use under planning
control as a factory. The Company is seeking to apply for residential or mixed
residential use for the property.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
