The Company confirms that, as part of its successful Placing completed on 10th 
June 2010, its Managing Director, Javier Segura, has acquired 190,000 ordinary 
shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2.8 pence per 
share, as notified on 12 May 2010. 
 
Following this purchase, Mr Segura has an interest in a total of 383,000 Shares, 
representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
