                        ("Mid-States" or "the Company") 
 
Mid-States, the leading environmental technology group is pleased to announce 
that the special resolution proposed at the Company's General Meeting held 
earlier today relating to the placing of 144,821,427 new ordinary shares 
("Placing Shares") was duly passed by shareholders (the "Placing"). 
 
As a result, the Placing announced on 12 May 2010, raising GBP4,055,000 (before 
expenses), has now been completed. It is expected that Admission will become 
effective and dealings in the 144,821,427 Placing Shares will commence on AIM at 
8:00 am on 11 June 2010. The Placing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects 
with the existing issued ordinary shares of Mid-States. 
 
Following completion of the Placing the Company will have a total of 260,903,839 
ordinary shares in issue.
