Chief Scientific Officer 
 
 
David Macdonald, the founder of the business acquired by Mid-States in 2006, has 
stepped down from his role as Chief Scientific Officer to the Company. Mr 
Macdonald developed the technology behind the Group's ground breaking Air 
Disinfection device, the AD, which is being commercialised by the Group. The 
Board of Directors of Mid-States wishes Mr Macdonald well in the future.
