Appointment of Managing Director 
 
 
Mid-States is pleased to announce the appointment of Javier Segura as Managing 
Director of the Company. Mr Segura has already been serving as a director of the 
Company and Chief Executive of its operating subsidiaries since March 2009. 
Andrew Tonks, who had been holding the role of Managing Director of the Company 
on an interim basis, is resuming his previous role of Finance Director.
