                         Additional Listing

Hat Pin plc announces that it has applied for the Admission to AIM
("Admission") of 50,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the
capital of the Company which have been issued at a price of 100 pence
per share. The shares are being issued to employees of Executive
Access (India) Pvt Ltd, the acquisition of which by the Company was
completed on 2 August 2007.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
Company's existing ordinary shares. It is expected that Admission of
the new ordinary shares will become effective on or around 18
September 2007.
