clearer Griffin Trading Company and Mr John Park, Griffin Mining Limited
wishes to make clear that neither Griffin Mining Limited or any of its
directors has any connection whatsoever with Griffin Trading Company or Mr
John Park.

Griffin Mining Limited is an AIM quoted mining company with a major zinc-gold
project in China. It is not involved in any way with the futures or
