Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
on 11 December 20007 the Company received the following notification from Global
Investments Limited:-


Notification


On 10 December 2007 Global Investments Limited acquired 1,400,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share.


Global Investments Limited is a substantial shareholder of the Company as
defined by the AIM Rules and a company in which Stephen Dean, a director of the
Company, has a discretionary beneficial interest.


Subsequent to the purchase Global Investments Limited has an interest in
56,150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 51.4 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 109,191,573 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence per share.
