Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received the following notifications on 23 November 2007
from:-
     
1.   Global Investments Limited,(a company in which Stephen Dean (a director of
     the Company) has a discretionary beneficial interest) disposed of 9,500,000
     Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share.  Subsequent 
     to the disposal Global Investments Limited has an interest in 54,750,000 
     Ordinary Shares representing approximately 50.1 per cent. of the Company's 
     issued Share Capital.

2.   Stephen Dean's self invested personal pension fund acquired 10,000,000
     Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share representing
     approximately 9.2 per cent. of the Company's issued Share Capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 109,191,573 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence per share.
