capital) on 14 May 1999 on behalf of Aberdeen High Income Trust plc.

Aberdeen High Income Trust plc now holds 409,500 income 1p shares of the
Company, representing 5.12% of issued class of capital.

The total number of shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and its
associated companies is 1,394,500 income 1p shares, representing 17.43% of
issued class of capital.
