The Company has today been informed that, as a result of a recent placing,
Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited have acquired 3,715,397 Ordinary 1p shares on
behalf of Aberdeen High Income Trust Plc, representing 12.76% of the issued
share capital of that class.



The Company has also been informed that, as a result of a recent placing,
Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited have acquired 2,967,493 Ordinary 1p shares on
behalf of Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust Plc, representing 10.19% of the
issued share capital of that class.



The Company has also been informed that, as a result of a recent placing,
Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited have acquired 1,510,860 Ordinary 1p shares on
behalf of Real Estate Opportunities Trust Limited, representing 5.19% of the
issued share capital of that class.



In a further transaction, Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited acquired 425,250
Ordinary 1p shares, as a result of a recent placing, on behalf of
discretionary funds under management.



The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 8,619,000 Ordinary 1p shares, representing 29.60%
of the issued share capital of that class.
