2001, THE RESULTANT TOTAL VOTING SHARES MANAGED BY ABERDEEN ASSET MANAGERS
LIMITED AND ITS ASSOCIATED COMPANIES IS 10,500,000 SHARES REPRESENTING 11.93% OF
THE TOTAL VOTING SHARES IN ISSUE.
