details of the following interests in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company which have since been notified to us.

Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited have sold 4,500,000 shares of the above company,
on behalf of Aberdeen Preferred Income Tax Trust Plc.

Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust PLC now holds nil shares representing 0% of the
issued share capital of that class (previously 6.79%).

Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited have purchased 4,500,000 shares of the above
company, on behalf of Leveraged Income Fund Limited.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited now holds 7,500,000 shares representing 11.32% of
the issued share capital of that class (previously 4.53%).

The total number of shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers limited and its
associated companies remains 17,000,000 shares representing 25.66% of the issued
share capital of that class.
