declared a second monthly dividend in respect of the year ending 28 February
2002 of 1.6p (net) per Ordinary Share.

The second monthly dividend will have a record date of 25 May 2001 and will be
paid on 28 June 2001 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at the record
date.
