Following the recent placing the Company has been informed of the following:

Re Ordinary 10p Shares

Second St David's Investment Trust PLC are interested in 3,000,000 ordinary
shares representing 5.24% of the issued shares of that class.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited are interested in 4,750,000 ordinary shares
representing 8.29% of the issued shares of that class.

Aberdeen High Income Trust Plc are interested 2,000,000 ordinary shares
representing 3.49% of the issued shares of that class.

Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust Plc are interested in 5,750,000 shares
representing 10.04% of the issued shares of that class.

Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited are interested in 1,750,000 shares
representing 3.05% of the issued shares of that class.

The total number of ordinary shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited and associated companies is 17,250,000 shares representing 30.11% of
the issued shares of that class (previously 0%).
