RNS Announcement

Meridian Hospital Company Plc entered into a Deed of Variation to the Concession Agreement in relation to an NEC4 contract for Strategic Infrastructure Upgrades at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Greenwich on 29(th) November 2022 with the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, the cost of which will be fully met by the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.

The scope of works for the project includes the following major infrastructure replacements: Electrical Upgrades, Ventilation Upgrades and Medical Gas will be undertaken by Maclaren with support from Avanti Architects Limited, Clancy Consulting Limited and Vinci Construction Plc.

In accordance with Clause 15 'Negative Covenants - Amendments' of the Terms and Conditions of the Bond Trust Deed the Board of Directors confirm that the related documents do not have a Material Adverse Effect on the security granted in favour of the Security Trustee.
