The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders (BAVA)
of Ordina N.V. today, 16 November 2015, unanimously approved the
appointment of Mr. J.G.H.M. (Jan) Niessen as a member of the
Supervisory Board of Ordina N.V., for a period of four years.
Jan Niessen is Managing Director of Mont Cervin
Sàrl and has extensive executive experience, financial expertise
and know-how of processes aimed at improving profitability and
returns. The appointment of Mr. Niessen also improves Ordina's
connection with its shareholders and adds a shareholders
perspective.
