Cavriago (Reggio Emilia), 14 April 2011 Landi Renzo informs that the financial statements of the relevant subsidiaries which do not belong to the European Union and which have been prepared for the purposes of drawing up the consolidated financial statements, in compliance with the provisions of art. 36 of the Market Regulation, have been made available to the general public on the website www.landi.it as well as at the company's registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The annual reports and/or summary financial statements, pursuant to art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, of the subsidiaries and associates of Landi Renzo S.p.A. have also been made available to the general public at the registered office.

Based in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia) and with more than 50 years' experience in the sector, Landi Renzo is distinguished by the sustained growth of its revenues and the extent of its international operations, with a presence in over 50 countries and exports accounting for more than 70% of the Company's sales.
