Thyssenkrupp AG (TKA.XE) said Wednesday that it has appointed two new members to its supervisory board.

Angelika Gifford succeeds Carsten Spohr after his resignation in September, while Ingo Luge replaces Martina Merz, the German industrial conglomerate said.
