                                 AGM Statement


At the Annual General Meeting of World Careers Network plc held today, all the
resolutions were passed. The Chairman, Mr Ian Moore, made the following
statement:


The Company's performance in the financial year to date is in line with budget
and we anticipate that turnover for the first half year will be comparable with
last year.


Your Company's prospects are to a substantial extent dependant upon the
recruitment activities of the larger organisations and we are well placed to
take advantage of any upturn in their activities.
