Robert A. Based in the company's Wellesley, Mass., headquarters, Mr. Lyons will be responsible for leading Stream's overall information and technology strategy, continued implementation of our existing technology programs, and the information systems integration efforts for the previously announced combination of Stream Global Services and eTelecare Global Solutions. Stream expects its combination with eTelecare to close on or about October 1, 2009. An accomplished executive in the Contact Center and BPO industry, Mr. Lyons brings more than 20 years of strategic technology and information systems experience to Stream. He comes to Stream most recently from Avaya, one of the world's leading contact center technology developers and a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") solutions. At Avaya, Mr. Lyons served as general manager and leader of the contact center business. As an integral member of the management team, he was responsible for implementing a transformational strategy and operational management framework for Avaya, as well as leading the development of innovative new technologies and applications that will continue to impact the contact center industry for years to come. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Lyons was Chief Information Officer for Convergys Corporation, a leading CRM provider. While at Convergys, Mr. Lyons designed and led company-wide, strategic technology innovation that resulted in improvement it its contact center management business across areas such as operating efficiencies, global network construction and creation of client-facing technologies that improved the overall customer experience. In addition, Mr. Lyons led Convergys' technology and systems implementations in the Philippines, where Stream will have a substantial presence after the closing of the combination with eTelecare.
