OKLAHOMA CITY, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) announced today that its midstream pipeline subsidiary, Enogex LLC, has amended its previously announced cash tender offer for its 8.125% senior notes due 2010.
