American Stock Exchange Lists Units of Symmetry Holdings Inc.

NEW YORK, March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Symmetry Holdings Inc. under
the ticker symbol SHJ.U. The offering size is 18.75 million units
at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $150 million (excluding the
underwriters' over-allotment option). One unit consists of one
share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be
the only security trading. Symmetry Holdings Inc. is a newly
organized company formed for the purpose of acquiring one or more
operating businesses. The Company will focus on industrial,
asset-based businesses that are in the basic industries sector.
