On October 17, 2017,
William A Sawyer resigned as president, chief executive officer and director of West Texas Resources, Inc. (“Company”).
On October 19, 2017, the board of directors of the Company appointed John D. Kerr to serve as president and chief executive officer
of the Company. Mr. Kerr has served as an executive officer and director of the Company since 2010.
