Video Display Corporation (Nasdaq:VIDE), a worldwide leader in
providing specialized display solutions for Medical, Industrial,
Simulation and Military applications and MiTAC Information
Technology Corporation of Taiwan, ROC, a global leader in System
Integration and WAN/LAN ICT networking technology, are pleased to
announce the signing of an agreement that appoints Aydin Visual
Solutions (AVS), a subsidiary of Video Display Corporation, as the
North American Distributor of MiTAC's revolutionary MiStream
products. These robust networking solutions allow for cost
effective and secure transmission of content between WAN and LAN

existing VDC markets as well as new expanded markets, including
control rooms, indoor and outdoor digital signage, hospitality,
medical, government and educational applications. AVS will provide
customers a full "turnkey" solution that includes comprehensive

wide variety of content across their secure networks. We are very
pleased about this new Agreement and look forward to an exciting
and successful future with MiTAC. MiTAC is recognized as one of the
