Admiral Eckelberger is a highly decorated Officer of the United States Navy with over 31 years of military supply chain experience where he managed a workforce of more than 25,000 and an inventory of more than $7 billion. Since leaving the Navy full time, Admiral Eckelberger has garnered a reputation over the last 20 years for producing bottom line improvements, repeatedly reoriented problematic organizations into achieving business successes.
