(Pink Sheets: TSHO), today confirmed that it is working with its advisors to address and correct certain misinformation regarding the Company, which appears to have been distributed by third parties. This misinformation from third parties is the subject of an investigation by the Alberta Securities Commission (the "Alberta Commission"), which is in the preliminary stages and is ongoing. Pending the completion of its investigation, the Alberta Commission has issued an interim cease trade order, which for the time being prevents the trading of TSHO shares in the Province of Alberta, Canada.
