TOMBSTONE EXPLORATION CORPORATION
On August 13, 2015, Mr. Steven J. Radvak (“Mr. Radvak”) resigned from all positions held with Tombstone Exploration Corporation (the “Company”), including that of Vice President of Exploration and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
