Theralink Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The registrant is experiencing delays in the compilation of certain financial and other information required to be included in the form. The Company does expect that the Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
