Consortium, Inc., received completed mechanical
drawings
this week
for its unique products Cannabis will file patent
applications for with the
U.S.
Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO). All the products have non-MJ
applications, expanding the market
potential to both
MJ and non-MJ consumers.
Cannabis
Consortium is working with Counsel to complete the
patent
application filings, with the goal of
having the
applications submitted to the USPTO
by
mid-April.
The mechanical
engineer Cannabis Consortium is working with has extensive
experience designing and building machinery in the pharmaceutical
industry, and has begun designing the filling
machine. The machine will fill the device with an Edible substance
and CBD oil, and then seal in the
fillings to ensure freshness and that
the devices being sold have not been tampered with
prior to purchase.
Once the
applications have been filed Cannabis Consortium release and
updated website with 3D renderings of the devices and after the
filing machine has been tested a video showing the filing process
and the device(s) in use will be posted.
Cannabis
Consortium is currently
finalizing
trademark details for each of the
products.
Corresponding trademark applications will
also be filed with USPTO for each of the
products.
