We would like to take this opportunity to update you of pertinent corporate developments contemporaneous with the current filing of our financial statements with Pink OTC Markets and the updating of our Nevada Secretary of State current status.

It has been extremely difficult obtaining all the necessary information from former management. The task has been completed and we will file all necessary documents and have the company to a current status in the coming weeks. Please note that discrepancies from April-October 2010 will not be honored and all necessary actions will be taken to recover two billion shares that we believe were improperly issued by prior management.

Our subsidiary Banx and Green Group continues moving forward with their expansion and is in talks to expand into the Bio-fuel industry.

In addition, SNM Global Holdings continues expanding its scope of holdings and investments into new horizons such as Sports and Entertainment productions, Technology (Social Media, Gaming and Cloud Computing).
