RENO, Nev., Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Potash America,
Inc. (OTCBB: PTAM), ("the Company" or "PTAM"). During the third
quarter, PTAM aggressively entered the agricultural sector through
the proposed commercial development of its Sodaville, Nevada
Calcium-Montmorillonite deposit. Drilling contract(s) to 3-D map
the "Pit #1" Quarry are being finalized. The Bureau of Land
Management has permitted both the drilling and a bulk sampling
project.
Research by Dr. Garn Wallace
(Wallace Labs, El Segundo, CA) has yielded a blueprint for
custom blending a premium soil amendment. Additionally, it was
determined that the clay on the Company's property was suitable for
animal feed/supplement without any blending necessary.
Barry Wattenberg, our President
and CEO, said, "While the science is clear, it is only recently
that the economics make this exceptional clay commercially
important. More testing is being done to optimize the use of our
clay, particularly the clay's unusual content of scarce trace
elements and its ability to release them easily into the
surrounding soil. We must also apply for, and receive final
governmental approval(s) prior to any commercial production."
"Forward-looking statements", as that term is defined in Section

results could differ from those projected in the forward-looking
statements. Although the Company believes that the beliefs, plans,
