signed a worldwide exclusive license agreement with Paladin
Electronic Sales to represent, integrate and sell the companies
proprietary access control solutions throughout the world. Profile
Solutions, Inc has also acquired the exclusive license for PES
fingerprint technology Patent # - 7,424,618. Profile Solutions also
has the option to purchase all the technology and patent.. Profile
can now offer fingerprint or proximity based access control
security solutions as part of the PSIQ product offerings. Paladin
has received restricted shares in PSIQ as compensation for the
agreement and is now a shareholder in the company.
Profile Solutions is targeting the law enforcement market to
provide the technology for physical access to secure areas, along
with introducing this solution to the emerging cannabis industry to
secure access to buildings, doors, inventory, cash and personnel
with this proprietary technology.
Paladin Electronics Sales has been in the security industry
since 1998 and currently develops and sells its solutions to Law
Enforcement Agencies including the City of Plantation Police Dept
for physical access, Six South Florida Fire departments and local
municipalities. Profile and Paladin will work closely together to
expand the network of installed customers.
