Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture, Inc. has further expanded its network of international distributors and is anticipating completion of distribution agreements with partners in Great Britain, Canada and Germany in the near future. Going forward, the company is planning to attend several international trade shows and offer its products internationally both via traditional wholesale/retail channels as well as in the e-commerce format in several languages.

"We are currently in talks with TM Fashion (www.tmfashion.ca) out of Montreal, Quebec Canada. Established in 2005, they have done such brands in the past as Affliction but now do current brands such as Rock Revival denim. They have the ability to place the brand in the best retailers across Canada, and currently working with over 400 key doors. They have a 20,000 sq ft headquarters in Montreal that houses their head offices and warehouse. There is an obvious huge potential for growth with a brand like PRVCY Premium Denim in areas such as Montreal and Toronto," stated Christian Wicks, President of Omni's Apparel and Accessories division. Wicks continued, "We are also very pleased to announce that Wilson Imports, Ltd. will be exclusively distributing PRVCY in the United Kingdom. Based out of Glasgow, Scotland, they distribute such brands as Artful Dodger and English Laundry and have been in business since 1994. They have done major volume with brands like Everlast, and also work with better department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges. Wilson Imports grow brands extensively and create brand recognition, which helps overall brand equity throughout the European Community. We are also at the developmental stage of negotiations with the potential distributor in Germany named "Fashion Freaks" (http://www.fashionfreaks.de). We believe it's a great company that currently distributes Affliction and used to do Ed Hardy. In business since 2003, they have a great reputation for strong distribution and are very strong in PR and marketing when they take on a brand. In addition to Germany, they have the potential to distribute the brand in several countries including Luxemburg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland."
