Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture, Inc. has presented its expanded product line at the Coterie trade show held in New York's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center September 18-20, 2011. The brand has been receiving increasing attention from customers and the media since its re-launch at the Project show in Las Vegas last month and is featuring various additions to the previously featured line anticipating sales to domestic and international buyers.

"Coterie will be another opportunity for PRVCY to showcase the Premium denim line to another market and add to the growing list of buyers and stores showcasing our products. PRVCY has been in development with premium exclusive knits and tops that are currently selling well with the new colored denim and shorts, all of which will be presented in New York," stated Christian Wicks, President of Omni's Apparel and Accessories division. Wicks continued, "Coterie show is not only opening the doors of various East Coast sales venues but also is a place to interact with our potential European distribution partners. Needless to say we have multiple appointments and meeting with boutiques as well as departments stores' representatives and are confident in our anticipation of the increased sales as the result of that. I have to say that so far we, as the management of PRVCY are very pleased with the initial reaction of the markets to the re-launch of our PRVCY Premium brand and despite the difficult economic times we clearly see the trend where the market may be ready for our fresh but familiar face in premium denim and related products.
