Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture has engaged Ali Lohan as the face of the PRVCY Premium collection. Preparing for the spring/summer 2012 re-launch, PRVCY Premium hired renowned celebrity photographer Collin Stark to capture Lohan and the brand's new design direction. Featured in the look book, line sheets, and website imagery, Lohan will be an integral part of PRVCY's fresh face for the next season.

Ali Lohan began her modeling career with Ford Models at age three. Quickly building on her portfolio, Lohan can be seen in print campaigns for major magazines such as Teen Vogue. In addition, Lohan's background includes several features in television and film projects as well as multiple music singles. With Lohan's multi-faceted fame, the starlet is expected to further PRVCY Premium's long-standing notoriety in the denim market.
