PRVCY Couture, Inc. the wholly owned subsidiary of Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that it is making an effort to further expand its network of international distributors. Additionally, its exclusive distributor for the territory of Korea has placed its first purchase orders for PRVCY Premium denim products.

Anticipating significant demand for our products overseas, we have continued our efforts to identify and sign up distributors in other strategic territories. As a result, we are in the final stages of negotiations with a potential distributor in Israel, as well as in preliminary negotiations with well-established wholesalers in the Philippines, Canada, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. Learning from the experience of other successful denim brands, we will continue to seek out and engage wholesalers in the strategic markets around the world in our effort to augment domestic sales with the revenue from international distributors."
