Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announces that Mr. Charles Lesser, M.B.A. was hired today as the Company's President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. C. Lesser was also nominated to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Dan Reardon has stepped down as the Company's President and CFO, however will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
