joint venture designed to generate revenues and increase market
control for both companies. MediaTechnics' wholly-owned
subsidiary, Evergreen
Systems Incorporated, is nearing the
completion of BlazeNow™ (www.blazenow.com), a suite of mobile apps for
the iOS (Apple) and Android operating systems that are engineered
to provide product and location-specific advertising alongside a
consumer review system for dispensaries, doctors, and delivery
services for the burgeoning legal cannabis industry. BlazeNow has
targeted April 20, 2015, for its unveiling to the public. MEDT has
also made unique developments in the science behind indoor
cultivation lighting which American Green plans to adopt, complete,
and take to market as a joint initiative. In addition, the company
is planning a unique call center focused on the legal cannabis
market that will be selling American Green products on a
revenue-sharing basis.
