Business Wire
MDEChem, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:MDKM) is pleased to present to its
shareholders and all interested parties a corporate update of
developments pertaining to publicity, marketing and sales for the
EnviroFuels LP Diesel Fuel Catalyzer (DFC) and the introduction and
distribution of MaxHeal products used in animal and human health
applications. At the end of September, EnviroFuels LP reports they
were selling their DFC to more than 20 railroads and have commenced
marketing the DFC to other industry sectors. EnviroFuels LP also
reported that sales for the 3rd Quarter of 2005 were 116% higher
than the same period last year. Why? The formula is simple. For
every dollar they spend on the Diesel Fuel Catalyzer, the railroads
save $2.50-$5.00 in diesel fuel expense (based on the ETV Report
and current market prices for diesel fuel). Most of 3rd quarter
sales were attributed to the railroad industry, but remember that
the DFC is a consumable product with many industries. Newsworthy
publicity of the terrific ETV test results will come with sales and
the Company is confident that all diesel fuel users will be
satisfied consumers of the DFC, no matter what their application.
For more information, please visit www.envirofuelslp.com. Years of
testing went into the development of the Diesel Fuel Catalyzer for
use in all diesel fuel applications including but not limited to
railroad locomotives, cruise ships, commercial ships, power
generation plants and off road applications in mining and
construction. This product can save hundreds of millions in fuel
costs, while at the same time reducing harmful emissions from the
air. The U.S. EPA ETV (Environmental Testing Verification) Unit
conducted the ETV testing of the EnviroFuels Diesel Fuel Catalyzer
(DFC) on a EMD 16-645E3 locomotive. The test results published by
the Greenhouse Gas Technology Center at the Southern Research
Institute observed that there was a statistically significant
reduction in fuel consumption of 5% to 10%. This translates into
some very big numbers when considering the size and scope of the
diesel fuel market. Additionally, there were statistically
significant reductions in CO2, NOx, CO, and THC emissions.
EnviroFuels DFC is the first stand alone, patented and EPA verified
fuel technology that provides both benefits. MDEChem is also
confident with the progress of its MaxHeal line of Animal &
Human applications and has commenced plans to market these products
in North America in 2006. A number of MaxHeal products are
currently being sold in Central America with fine results and the
number of applications available with the MaxHeal technology is
quite amazing. For more information on MaxHeal, go to
www.mdechem.com. The Company is very pleased with its progress and
with the positive developments that have been accomplished this
past calendar year. Our stock is up some 500%+ since the 1st of the
year, and we look for an excellent year in 2006 with much to
report. We are very grateful to our shareholders for their support
over the years and as always we welcome any comments, questions,
and inquiries. Safe Harbor Notice This document contains
