Madison Ave. Media, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM), a global leader in brand intelligence and mobile marketing, today announced its agreement to acquire a line of clinically proven skincare products from a leading private label manufacturer within the professional skincare industry. The products will be marketed under the EllaBella brand name through the Company's ecommerce platform.

The EllaBella line currently consists of 43 clinically tested products with unique benefits, including masques, peels, ampoules, cleanse & exfoliation, hydration and treatment intensives, previously available only under private label through physicians. The products rescue, balance, maintain and restore skin tone and texture. For the first time, Madison Ave. Media will make these same professional treatments available to the public, at a substantial savings for daily home use.

Madison Ave. Media intends to leverage their direct marketing network channel and ecommerce channel, making EllaBella products available to their current active base of 50,000 Physical Trainers and 100,000 Chiropractic clinics, each with 50 to 200 individual clients. Due to the strength of Madison Ave. Media distribution capabilities, internal EllaBella revenue projections anticipate the addition of 2,500 new Physical Trainers and Chiropractic clinics delivering 50 clients each at $50 in annual sales, driving $6.25M in anticipated 2011 sales. According to Mintel, the total US skin care market was valued at $4.35B in 2009.
