iSIGN Media Announces an Agreement in Principal with Numedia
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2014) - iSIGN Media
Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company")
(TSX-VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive
mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers,
manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North
America, is pleased to announce that it has signed an Agreement in
Principal ("Agreement") with Nümédia (collectively the
"Parties").
The Agreement outlines the intentions of both Parties and sets a
two month time frame for the companies to finalize a formal
agreement that would make Nümédia both a reseller and an end user
of iSIGN's technology and hardware products.
The Agreement details how the Parties will integrate each
other's products into their own offerings as well as each Parties'
responsibilities with respect to the integration of the products
into those offered by each company.
Nümédia manages and operates digital displays through its
proprietary software for its clients, including various restaurant
chains throughout the province of Quebec and extending into other
parts of Canada. Nümédia's technology includes content management,
Music and Assets Library, Dynamic Display Ad Server, motion sensors
integration and facial recognition.
Nümédia's interest in iSIGN products include the use of Smart
Antennas and Smart Players for integration into their existing
hardware and to provide messaging to mobile devices while enhancing
Nümédia's existing data with iSIGN's proximity messaging and mobile
data and adding Point-of-Sale information.
Nümédia has also expressed an interest in the glassless 3D
products offered by our partner Magnetic Media Holding Inc.
